Job summary

Saber Power Services is seeking a seasoned Lead, Project Management – Field Services to provide leadership, governance, and oversight for complex electrical field service projects. The role demands governance over budgets, scheduling, risk, and customer delivery across multiple sites.

You will mentor Project Leads, drive standardized PM processes, and ensure safe, profitable execution in line with Saber standards. Based in Houston/Rosharon area with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, project management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive project management experience in electrical/critical infra environments.
• Experience leading PMO, mentoring teams, and managing complex budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management – Field Services group, ensuring governance and control across projects.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and margin protection.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Operations, Safety, Quality, and Finance to meet contractual targets.
• Partner with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
