Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading major cross-departmental initiatives and institutional programs.
• Ability to translate strategy into coordinated exhibitions and education programs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication for collaboration with faculty, fellows, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage rotating exhibitions (2–4 per year) and oversee loans to peer libraries and museums.
• Develop readings, lectures, and programs that amplify exhibition themes for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate classroom instruction with UT students and staff for engaging learning experiences.
• Lead a fellowship program and collaborate with curators, events staff, and partners to deliver engaging galleries and programs.
• Oversee budget, sponsorships, and partnerships to support exhibitions and education initiatives.
