Qualifications

• 10–15 years of commercial construction experience.
• 8–10 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Interior tenant fit-outs required; retail tenant fit-out experience preferred.
• Some ground-up construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Review drawings and bid documents to identify requirements.
• Prepare and maintain construction schedules.
• Develop and issue RFIs for drawings and bid documents.
• Negotiate final contracts with subs on scope, price, and terms.
• Interact professionally with clients and subcontractors throughout the process.
• Communicate with team members and clients to keep projects moving forward.
• Travel as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
