Acushnet Company is seeking a Senior Lead Software Developer to drive innovation across global direct-to-consumer platforms. You will lead design, development, and maintenance of critical data and application solutions in Snowflake or Databricks, leveraging Python and SQL.

This role requires mentoring engineers, guiding architecture, and collaborating with business teams to align technology with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years in systems engineering and software development.
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
• Proven experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with middleware, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, databases, and analytics solutions.
• Performance optimization experience.
• Good understanding of ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Skilled at translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Deep knowledge of modern application architectures and development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
• SQL-based BI analytics background and Python proficiency required.

Responsibilities
