Conagra Brands seeks a senior Data Platform Architect Leader to guide the enterprise data platforms (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake). You will act as player-coach, developing a team to run platforms reliably and cost-effectively while shaping key designs that matter.

You will translate business needs into secure, scalable data solutions, advise partners on platform choices, and collaborate with Enterprise Architect, Build Teams, and vendors to improve efficiency and cost across the

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or solution architecture
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams
• Hands-on experience administering and building on Databricks, Fabric, or Snowflake
• Proven work on pipelines, permission models, IaC modules, or performance tuning
• Experience designing lakehouse, warehouse, and semantic layer architectures

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and manage the data platform team, including hiring and performance management
• Spend 30-40% of time coding, configuring, and troubleshooting alongside the team
• Own platform IaC and CI/CD, including Terraform and Git-based promotions
• Provide solution architecture for data platform workloads across Databricks, Fabric, and Snowflake
• Implement reference architectures and data modeling consistent with Enterprise standards
• Build proofs of concept in SQL, PySpark, Terraform to validate designs
