Job summary

CAI Cox Automotive Corp Svcs., LLC is seeking a Senior Lead Cybersecurity Architect to define principles, standards, and design patterns for secure products across multi‑cloud and on‑prem environments. You will lead cybersecurity policy work, craft secure design patterns, and work with engineering teams to embed security across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and at least 8 years of experience, or equivalent combinations (e.g., master’s degree and 6 years, Ph.D. and 3 years, or 12 years of experience).
• At least 4 years of focused cybersecurity experience.
• Practical expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and services as well as on‑premises infrastructure.
• Ability to clearly articulate the objectives of specific cybersecurity policies and procedures to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and guardrails.
• Drive definition of cybersecurity guidelines across product and enterprise architecture groups.
• Develop secure design patterns with engineering teams.
• Contribute to governance patterns, policies, and standards.
• Provide complex analysis of potential risks to information systems’ security.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth, scalable release processes.
• Engage with business and engineering teams to define guardrails for secure design patterns.
• Participate in security events and incident response to identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Research emerging security trends and technologies and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security is factored into development and operations.
