Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of high-end residential remodeling projects.
• Perform and oversee finish and rough carpentry with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with project management, design, and trade partners.
• Ensure materials and finishes align with plans and client expectations.
• Mentor and develop less experienced carpenters on site.
• Maintain site safety, organization, and craftsmanship.
