Archer in partnership with JPMorganChase seeks a Senior Lead Software Engineer for the eTrading team. The role focuses on enhancing, building, and delivering trusted, scalable technology products in a secure, high-performance environment.

The successful candidate will guide agile teams, deliver production-grade code, and drive AI-assisted engineering practices across the SDLC, influencing design and operations with a strong emphasis on security and reliability.

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
Proficient in C and C++.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
Knowledge of responsible AI and secure engineering practices.
Cloud-native experience.
Bachelor's or higher in CS/CE/Math.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance to business and technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' code.
Drive product design decisions and technical operations and processes.
