Job summary

On is seeking a Senior Lead - Art Director, Apparel E-commerce to guide the global ecommerce imagery strategy and execution. You will translate brand direction into premium on-model, still-life and product imagery, leading cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will drive AI-enabled image creation pilots, shaping scalable workflows that improve quality and efficiency across shoots, while mentoring upcoming art directors in a fast-moving, luxury-aligned environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of art direction experience within a global brand or agency.
Strong portfolio in premium fashion and ecommerce imagery.
Experience leading complex, high-volume shoots with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with or ambition to lead AI-enabled image creation and workflows.
Ability to translate brand direction into commercially effective imagery.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day creative development of global ecommerce imagery from planning to shoot execution and delivery.
Set and maintain a premium creative standard across on-model, still-life and product imagery.
Lead project teams and external partners across creative, production, styling, casting, photography and post-production.
Drive AI adoption in ecommerce image-making with scalable workflows and improved quality and efficiency.
Mentor and develop art directors to raise standards of work and ownership.
