Job summary

KnitWell Group in New York is seeking an Art Director to lead the concept and execution of e-commerce imagery, ensuring the Ann Taylor brand aesthetic is strong online. You will collaborate with the Creative Director, Lead Stylist, and photographers to deliver seasonal campaigns across channels.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail/brand, proven art direction experience with PDP, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workflow while mentoring a design team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading art direction for PDP and e-commerce imagery.
• Strong collaboration with creative and styling teams.
• Proven ability to mentor design teams and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage concept, design, and execution of brand creative for PDP and e-commerce images.
• Oversee the design team to ensure concepts and brand vision are consistently compelling.
• Partner with Lead Stylist on all e-commerce photoshoots.
• Supervise online photo team including photographers, stylists, hair and makeup for product shoots.
• Art direct photo shoots and select photographers for shoots.
• Coordinate with production to cast models and manage shoots within deadlines.
• Communicate and distill concepts to the team and supervise daily workflow.
