Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM; significant technical manufacturing, operations or supply chain experience considered.
• 10+ years in financial/operational roles with substantial project management experience.
• Established consulting experience (minimum 5 years).
• Excellent project management, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience across multiple industries (Food, Aerospace, Hi-Tech, Pharmaceuticals, Mining, Chemical, Metal Processing or Automotive).

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through a structured process addressing resources, decision-making, resistance, conflict management and behavioral change.
• Render a current vs. desired state view from cultural and performance perspectives.
• Document and communicate the transformation approach to reach the desired state.
• Ensure data resonates with client needs and advances project execution.
• Develop detailed improvement plans with timing, impacts and resources.
• Perform operational analyses to support workstream leads.
• Build trust-based relationships with client leadership.
• Continuously understand client business to design effective solutions.
