Job summary

CEdge Inc in Saint Louis, MO is looking for a Lead Analyst / Project Manager to drive SOW project execution. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to oversee project activities and client interaction. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in software development or maintenance, and familiarity with Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, or lead analyst on software development or maintenance engagements.
• Minimum 1 year of experience similar to MoDOT's technical architecture (.NET, Oracle, web applications).
• Ability to pass MoDOT background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated Lead Analyst for all SOW project work.
• Lead SOW intake: analyze each MoDOT SOW request and develop draft SOW.
• Facilitate code and architecture walkthroughs per MoDOT Best Practices.
