About This Role

Fident Capital seeks a Lead Analyst who thrives on precision, complex problem-solving, and delivering exceptional work under deadline pressure. This role is the analytical backbone of our deal execution process, requiring someone who takes genuine pride in creating flawless financial models and compelling investment narratives.

This is not a training role. We need an experienced professional who can contribute meaningfully from day one and consistently deliver high-quality work without hand- holding.

What You'll Own

Financial Modeling & Deal Packaging (65% of time)

- Create and maintain sophisticated financial models for $10MM-$60MM commercial real estate transactions

- Develop compelling investment packages that clearly articulate deal value propositions - Manage 1-3 concurrent deals with firm 14-day packaging deadlines

- Ensure meticulous quality control Market Research & Analysis (15% of time)

- Conduct thorough market research and comparable analysis

- Research capital market conditions relevant to deal positioning

Deal Support & Collaboration (15% of time)

- Support preliminary deal vetting with rapid financial analysis

- Collaborate efficiently with senior team members (provide potential solutions, not just problems)

- Respond to capital source questions and requests for analysis variations

Process Excellence (5% of time)

- Maintain and enhance financial model templates

- Document analytical methodologies and best practices

Success Metrics That Matter

- Package completion within 14 days
