We are now expanding our Productteam in Tampa, Florida, to add an Entry LevelBusiness Analyst who will help design and configure deterministic, data-driven logic used in our wealth management platform.

Position Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will partner with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver data-driven functionality for our AI-powered markets and investment platform. Core responsibilities include data modeling, service specification, building simple plugins and components, designing decision-tree logic, and validating outputs. You will document requirements, map data flows, and coordinate across stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution from concept to release.

·Define user-facing and system-driven experiences that clearly communicate financial or operational outcomes.

·Build deterministic decision logic (binomial or multi-branch) to evaluate data against predefined conditions and produce consistent outputs.

·Model and document the scope of required data inputs, mapping them from established data models.

·Configure logic and workflows in low-code or configuration-driven tools.

·Design and prototype components or plugins within a component-driven framework.

This role blends finance, logic design, and light programming. It is ideal for a recent college graduate with a degree in finance, engineering, data analytics, or a related field who enjoys bridging the quantitative with qualitative. Furthermore, this is an AI forward role, where the candidate will be expected to effectively leverage AI to maximize their effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic understanding and communicate of personal finance concepts
• Ability to think logically and structure conditional statements.
• Comfort working with data models and understanding how financial data flows through systems.
• Strong written communication and composition skills.
• High detail orientation, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced product development environment.
• Interest and willingness to embrace utilizing artificial intelligence
• Strong communication skills (face to face, written)
• Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of assigned work.
• A demonstration of willingness and commitment to having high standards.
