Job Description
As a valued contributor to the Enterprise Analytics and Modeling team, you will apply extensive engineering knowledge of principles, advanced techniques, and theories to develop and implement all components of financial models, cash flow simulations, P&L, and risk metrics calculations in end-user or production computing systems for use in business decisions, financial and regulatory reporting, and risk management.

Responsibilities
The Capital Markets Engineering - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Translate complex mathematical, business, and financial modeling logic, specifically Prepayment Models and Interest Rate model into software code, as well as design and execute modeling application systems via distributed computing both on premise and on external cloud to achieve efficiency, scalability, and modularity.
- Recommend ways of improving the design and execution of test cases for modeling and analytical software applications to ensure they meet business needs and model requirements.
- Advise teams on improving assessment of model implementation quality and production control risk.
- Evaluate system requirements for model and analytical applications, such as computing power, storage, network, and security.
- Engage with a wide variety of Stakeholders including Traders and Risk Managers on driving Business Value
- Recommend technology platforms and architecture designs for model applications to solve technical business problems while ensuring robust and scalable execution.
- Inform department leadership of emerging technologies and industry best practices of model and analytical system implementation.
Minimum Required Experiences
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- 6+ years of experience leading design and implementation of large modeling applications serving Capital Markets or other related domains
- Experience with Treasury and Capital Markets products and Data
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Desired Experiences
- A Master’s or Ph.D. in a Quantitative field
- CFA certification
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Skilled in AWS infrastructure and technology

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
