Job summary

Salesforce Enterprise Security is seeking Senior and Lead Security Engineers to join the Secure AI team, focusing on securing AI tooling at scale. You will assess risks, design mitigations, and collaborate with stakeholders to balance security with business agility.

You will drive security standards, perform architecture and code reviews, and communicate findings across technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a security role.
8+ years of experience in a security role (Lead).
Experience with large language models (LLMs) and agentic systems.
Familiarity with AI security attack surfaces and mitigations.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Lead security assessments of emerging technology, including architecture, code reviews and pentests.
Provide guidance on Salesforce security requirements and remediation.
Threat model attacker methods to develop mitigations balancing security and functionality.
Develop automated processes and tooling to identify and solve issues at scale.
Collaborate with engineering to drive secure development lifecycle.
Define and develop security standards with business partners.
Research threats and vulnerabilities for strategic planning.
Communicate clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
