Job summary

Salesforce Enterprise Security is seeking Senior and Lead Security Engineers for the Secure AI team to assess and maintain AI tooling security at scale. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure security requirements are met, identify threats, and share expertise through internal events and research.

You will lead security assessments of AI tooling, guide suppliers, model attacker methods, and drive secure tooling at scale. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a security role.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and agentic systems.
• Familiarity with AI security attack surfaces (prompt injection, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, model supply chain).

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth security assessments of AI tooling, architecture reviews, code reviews, and pen tests.
• Provide remediation guidance and influence feature enhancements.
• Model threats and design mitigations balancing security with functionality.
• Develop automated processes to scale security tooling and detection.
• Collaborate with engineering and business partners to drive a secure SDLC.
