Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in system design, distributed apps, and platform services.
• Strong Python hands-on with APIs/SDKs and code reviews.
• Experience with enterprise AI tools and validation/quality practices.
• Experience with Generative AI platforms and LLM orchestration.
• Proficiency in AWS, container platforms (EKS/ECS), and Terraform.
• Databricks experience for data/ML workloads.
• Understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, CI/CD, and quality controls.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on technical leader, contributing production code (Python) and owning end‑to‑end delivery from design through production operations.
• Leads system and platform architecture for components supporting end‑to‑end ML workflows.
• Designs and develops agentic AI capabilities with evaluation, monitoring, and production readiness.
• Builds and maintains reusable APIs/SDKs and reference implementations.
• Partners with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to clarify requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Ensures platform reliability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency via SLOs and monitoring.
• Automates infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and CI/CD pipelines using IaC.
• Drives adoption of enterprise‑authorized AI‑assisted engineering practices for code quality and delivery speed.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts aligned with standards.
• Mentors engineers through coaching and reviews; contributes to communities of practice.
• Contributes to software engineering events exploring new technologies.
