Job summary

Resonetics in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Senior Product Development Engineer to lead design and development of medical device products from concept to production. You will guide cross-functional teams, define technical solutions, and ensure manufacturability and verification/validation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in medical device product development, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 5+ years in medical device product development, with active implantable devices focus.
• Supervisory experience preferred (1–3 years).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead design reviews.
• Strong CAD skills and understanding of manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Research, design and implement new products based on customer specifications.
• Develop product requirement specifications per applicable guidelines and standards.
• Define tests to verify design conformance and drive DV/ Verification.
• Lead cross-functional teams as Technical Project Lead and coordinate activities.
• Create plans, schedules and cost targets; manage multiple projects simultaneously.
