Job summary
McKim & Creed, Inc. is seeking a Senior Landfill Leachate Treatment Process Engineer in Sewickley, PA to join our expanding solid waste and environmental treatment practice.
You will lead projects on landfill leachate treatment, PFAS, and emerging contaminants, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver practical solutions. You will manage design activities from evaluation to optimization, mentor engineers, and help grow our solid waste practice while collaborating with clients, vendors,
Qualifications
- Senior engineer with strong process engineering experience in leachate treatment.
- Experience with PFAS and emerging contaminants.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams across disciplines.
- Lead design activities from evaluation to optimization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior technical resource for landfill leachate projects through design to optimization.
- Contribute to multiple active leachate treatment projects.
- Develop and evaluate treatment-technology options based on leachate characteristics and requirements.
- Provide technical leadership during procurement, startup, and commissioning.
