This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience with analytical laboratory equipment. The position offers a competitive salary between $120k-$140k annually based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience with life science laboratory equipment (e.g. GC, LC, LC/MS).
• Minimum 3 years experience with GxP environment.
• Experience with chromatography technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical needs and manage engineering service escalations.
• Support field service teams and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement SOPs for equipment qualification.
