• Oversees scheduling and coordination of tests, background checks, and employment-related activities.
• Compiles and presents testing results, qualifications, and recommendations to the Employment Manager.
• Performs supervisory duties in the absence of unit supervisors and supports contingency planning.
• Travels statewide as needed and participates in emergency staffing and hurricane response.
