Job summary

Logoslabs is expanding across LATAM and seeks an experienced Senior Clinical Data Manager to lead data management activities from study setup to database lock for assigned trials. You will develop CRF specs, oversee data entry, QC, and database build/UAT while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality data.

In this role you will mentor staff, collaborate with vendors and sponsors, manage timelines, and help build scalable processes within a growing LATAM Data Management team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in senior data management roles.
• Proficiency with data management systems and study documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead DM activities from start-up to database lock for assigned projects.
• Develop CRF specifications and coordinate stakeholder feedback.
• Oversee data entry, QC, timelines, and data quality.
• Coordinate API/EDC data management and SDTM/ADaM standards.
• Liaise with vendors and sponsors; provide leadership and training.
