Qualifications

• Extensive systems engineering expertise with project and technical leadership.
• Experience leading development, integration, and test of complex systems.
• Proficiency with SysML MBSE tools and DOORS.
• Strong communication and customer interface skills.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering for laser and space payload programs from concept through deployment.
• Define annual and multi-year technical objectives, roadmaps, and plans for assigned systems and programs.
• Serve as the prime technical interface with customers for ConOps, reviews, and test events.
• Mentor IPTs and cross-functional teams to resolve complex engineering issues.
