Responsibilities include operating laser equipment, measuring parts with calipers and micrometers, performing quality checks, and ensuring safety and compliance with ISO standards where applicable.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Experience with precise measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Set up laser cutting unit with appropriate nozzles, speeds and feeds.
• Operate laser machines and adjust controls for cutting parameters.
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools and ensure conformance to specs.
• Coordinate material handling and restock material as needed.
• Complete work order documentation and ensure safety and quality standards.
