Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with laser-based experiments.
• Strong understanding of optical and laser diagnostics.
• Ability to independently drive complex experimental work.
• Experience debugging complex experimental systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary experimental owner for assigned laser experiments.
• Develop and apply diagnostics to understand system performance.
• Design and execute laser-based experiments and data collection.
• Translate scientific objectives into detailed test plans and analyses.
• Produce technical reports and publishable results.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and technicians to advance priorities.
