Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong system-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support design, integration, testing and qualification of laser products and subsystems.
• Perform system-level analyses (optical, electrical, thermal, mechanical, software) to improve performance and manufacturability.
• Lead root-cause investigations for product and manufacturing issues and implement CAPA.
• Provide engineering support to manufacturing and operations; support customer qualification and acceptance testing.
• Travel up to ~10% to support customers, suppliers and manufacturing operations.
