This full-time role oversees projects from start to finish, coordinating field operations, schedules, and communications among internal departments, subcontractors, and general contractors.

The position emphasizes safety, on-time delivery, and staying within budget, with opportunities to lead high-profile commercial projects and advance within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects and field personnel.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and dispatch field crews to multiple sites.
• Coordinate activities between general contractors, field teams, purchasing and sales departments.
• Monitor progress to meet schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and address project challenges.
• Attend on-site progress meetings as the company representative.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
