F. Lax Construction, a full-service restoration company based in Ferndale, MI, seeks a Senior Insurance Construction Estimator to write scopes and estimate repairs for large insurance losses including fire, water, and storm damage.

The role requires extensive Large Loss experience and knowledge of Xactimate, budgets, and job costing. Candidates should have management experience and an existing subcontractor base; college degree is preferred but not required.

Competenze

• Extensive Large Loss Claim experience required.
• Must have construction knowledge.
• Experience with fire, water and storm damage claims on a large scale.
• Proficient in insurance guidelines and qualifications.
• Must possess time management skills and ability to write budgets and establish job costing.
• Management experience and existing subcontractor base are a plus.
