F. Lax Construction in Ferndale, MI, seeks an energetic Insurance Restoration Coordinator to assist estimators with administrative and accounting functions for multiple projects.

You will ensure estimates meet third-party guidelines from Sedgwick, Brightserv and Alacrity, and manage third-party platform updates. You will coordinate with departments, maintain PSA/PSA Job Management notes, respond quickly to estimators and adjusters, and work with insurance partners to move files toward timely

Formación

• Two-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Insurance claims and/or TPA experience required (Brightserv, Alacrity, Sedgwick).
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate estimates to meet third party guidelines.
• Work with collections on generating invoices and final payments.
• Coordinate with departments and staff to complete projects and paperwork.
• Maintain PSAManagement Software accuracy.
• Maintain notes in PSA Job Management software.
• Assist office, production management and sales staff as needed.
• Provide quick, accurate responses to estimators and adjusters.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and assist clients.
• Maintain a positive image of the company to staff and customers.
• Keep a safe and clean working environment in line with company policies.
