Job summary

National General is seeking a Senior Consultant II to authorize settlements on highly complex large loss claims with exposure up to MCO/RCO limits. Qualifications

• Experience handling large loss claims with high exposure.
• Strong investigative, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to manage complex liability issues and litigation.

Responsibilities

• Perform file reviews for complex projects and litigation.
• Review CWP appropriateness based on gross tort value exposure.
• Collaborate with Field leadership and FPEs/CPSs on case direction.
• Develop claim bulletins for new forms and endorsements.
