Job summary

Digital Room LLC is seeking an experienced Large Format Printing Machine Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Arlington, TX. You will operate major wide-format printers, perform finishing tasks, and ensure quality while meeting deadlines.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with large-format, digital, and sign production equipment, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently on fast-paced production lines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in large format printing or related manufacturing.
• Experience operating roll-to-roll and flatbed digital printers preferred.
• Ability to load media, handle large rolls, and manage substrates.

Responsibilities

• Operate wide and superwide format digital printers, cutting, routing and finishing equipment.
• Check orders on company systems and verify quantities accurately.
• Load and manage large rolls and materials for printing.
• Load sheets or rigid substrates into printers and related equipment.
• Measure, weigh, and count printed products and materials.
• Run color and quality tests and escalate issues to management.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep work areas clean.
• Communicate equipment or material issues with management.
• Maintain efficiency while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
• Prepare orders for shipping and ensure correct items are packed.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards promptly.
