Job summary

Digital Room LLC is seeking a Large Format Printing Machine Operator for the 3rd shift at our Arlington, TX facility. This role handles setup, operation, and adjustments of wide-format printing equipment to produce signage and graphics.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience with large-format printers, strong attention to color and alignment, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment. Pay is up to $19/hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience operating large-format printing equipment, including sign/graphics printing.
• Experience setting up, operating, and adjusting production equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with management and team.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use production equipment safely.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust large-format printing equipment.
• Review production orders and configure equipment to job specs.
• Prepare and position substrates (vinyl, banner, fabrics, PVC, etc.).
• Replenish inks, monitor ink levels, verify colors.
• Produce signage and graphics (banners, posters, decals, backdrops, car magnets).
• Monitor color consistency, image clarity, and alignment; adjust as needed.
• Report issues and perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Access orders in company system and update job info.
• Perform post-print finishing and final production tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and keep area clean.
• Be proactive with other duties as assigned.

Large Format Printing Machine Operator

Hourly - Full Time Arlington, TX, US

Salary Range: $16.00 To $19.00 Hourly

We are actively hiring an experienced Large Format Printing Machine Operator for the3rd shiftat our production facility in Arlington, TX.

Pay: Up to $19/hour

Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday - Friday

Duties and responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust large-format (wide-format, grand-format, and super-wide-format) printing equipment.
• Review production orders and configure printing equipment according to job specifications, dimensions, and material requirements.
• Prepare, position, and remove printing substrates on production equipment, including vinyl, banner material, adhesive-backed materials, fabric, corrugated plastic, PVC board, styrene, foam board, and other specialty printing materials.
• Replenish printer inks, verify correct ink colors, and monitor ink levels during production.
• Produce printed products and graphics for vinyl banners, yard signs, retractable banners, posters, window decals and clings, step-and-repeat backdrops, car magnets, A-frame signs, and other custom signage and printed products.
• Monitor printing operations for color consistency, image clarity, alignment, and printing defects, making adjustments as needed.
• Report equipment or material issues to management and perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Access production orders and update job information using the company's computer system.
• Perform post-print finishing and final production tasks to ensure each order is completed and ready for distribution.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.

• Experience setting up, operating, and adjusting production equipment.

• Ability to follow instructions, work with minimal supervision, and complete assigned tasks.

Physical requirements

• Able to lift up to 50lbs (50% of time)
• Able to stand for 8 hours
• Walking and moving around work-area (50% of time)
