Job summary

Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Large Commercial Account Manager to support our Commercial Producers and carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all parties involved.

This role will initially operate remotely with a future transition to a hybrid schedule, ideally within reasonable commuting distance of Houston, Texas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Executive experience with large/complex accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and placement of new and renewal commercial insurance accounts, including coverage analysis, carrier negotiations, and strategy development.
• Serve as the primary account manager for complex, high-value commercial accounts.
• Partner with Sales Executives on new business, renewals, client meetings, and retention strategies.
• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, underwriters, and internal teams.
• Prepare proposals, renewal summaries, coverage comparisons, and other client-facing materials.
• Review policies, endorsements, audits, contracts, and certificates for accuracy and coverage alignment.
• Manage complex Certificates of Insurance and contract reviews.
• Resolve client service and coverage issues while ensuring compliance with agency standards.
• Mentor team members and share technical expertise and best practices.
