Job summary

WindRiver is seeking a Landscape Superintendent to oversee maintenance and installation across WindRiver Lakefront and Golf Community. You will manage daily operations for common areas, coordinate with builders and contractors, and lead a team of landscaping staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and environmentally responsible results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of landscape maintenance and installation experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role (required).
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, turf management, irrigation systems, and landscape construction practices (required).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Certification in pesticide application (or willingness to obtain) (required).
• OSHA 10 certified (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of common areas and resident services.
• Coordinate landscape installations for new homes and ensure DRB compliance.
• Lead and mentor landscaping staff, schedule work, and manage budget and resources.
• Communicate project status and safety practices to residents and partners.
