Job summary

Bzak Landscaping Inc is seeking a Landscape Designer to lead the design and coordination of landscape projects, supervising foremen and ensuring on-time, on-budget execution. The role requires strong client-facing skills and coordination with the design team and construction staff.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of landscape design experience, high school diploma with trade school training, and preferably an associate or bachelor's in a related field.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent company professionally with clients and prospects.
• Identify client needs and design landscapes within budget.
• Assist design team with leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Plan, organize and direct activities with foremen on construction projects.
• Establish project objectives, procedures and performance standards.
• Maintain liaison with owners and contacts to facilitate activity.
• Monitor projects to ensure on-schedule completion within budget.
• Investigate and implement corrective measures for issues.
• Attend project and strategy meetings; coordinate with contract admin on finances.
• Requisition supplies and explain plans and contract terms to staff and clients.
• Prepare reports on progress, costs, and scheduling.
• Assign workers to sites and oversee installation as needed.
