We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Designer to join our growing firm in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be capable of envisioning and developing design concepts to create technically sound and creative designs.

Responsibilities

• Design projects and develop illustrative drawings, models, presentations, construction documents, and project technical specifications.
• Develop landscape plans through schematic design, design development, construction documents, and specifications.
• Prepare detailed master planning documents and illustrative design plans.
• Research standards, codes, and permits for projects and develop plans accordingly.
• Complete project deliverables within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with Project Managers and team members.
• Work with both public and private sectors on diverse project types.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field from an accredited university.
• PLA license or ability to obtain license preferred but not required.
• Experience in entitlements, permitting, and construction documentation.
• Experience with master planned communities, open spaces, resorts, hospitality, corporate, multi-family, mixed-use, or urban design is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Revit.
• CD & 3D modeling skills; Lumion experience a plus.
• 3-7+ years experience preferred.
