Job summary

Tri Scapes is seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead major commercial landscape installations from bid handoff through pre-construction, field execution, and final sign-off. You will bridge office management and field operations, translating designs into profitable realities and ensuring safety and quality at every step.

You will collaborate with Estimating and Coordination teams in early takeoffs to verify scopes, optimize site logistics, and establish realistic baselines

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of dedicated project management experience in commercial landscape construction.
• Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, civil plans, and irrigation/hardscape specs.
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software.
• Proven track record of managing crews and multi-phase projects.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; OSHA certifications preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all job sites.
• Oversee detailed scheduling of installation crews to maintain productivity.
• Coordinate with Estimating and Coordination teams on takeoffs and project kickoff.
• Review drawings, submittals, and scopes; develop project schedules and allocate resources.
• Monitor costs, manage budgets, approve purchase orders, and draft change orders.
• Direct and mentor field superintendents and subcontractors.
• Lead progress meetings with general contractors and owners and manage client expectations.
• Conduct walkthroughs, closeout, and final handoffs with clients.
