Job summary

Jensen Landscape Construction in Milpitas, CA, seeks a Landscape Construction Senior Project Manager to own project delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction across commercial landscape builds. Lead budgets, schedules, and teams while mentoring junior PMs to drive growth.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of PM leadership in commercial landscape construction, strong budgeting and negotiation skills, and a track record of delivering on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Horticulture, or related field required.
• Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Master’s degree in Construction Management or Project Management preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, estimating, field management, or related construction leadership roles.
• Commercial landscape construction experience required.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Prior leadership and mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability.
• Conduct project financial reviews and change orders.
• Manage monthly client billing and accounts receivable.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with stakeholders to meet client expectations.
• Mentor Associate Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement across branch.
