Job summary

Environmental Designs, Inc. is seeking a Construction- Operations Manager in Henderson, CO to lead the maintenance operations of the assigned branch.

You will manage personnel, drive customer retention, and focus on profitability and growth within a dynamic landscape construction team. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or substantial related experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across sales, operations and customers to ensure onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Landscape Architecture or Horticulture, or at least 10 years related work experience.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance operations for the assigned Branch.
• Hire, train and develop personnel; supervise management and production staff.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial projections; meet sales and financial goals.
• Maintain interface between sales, operations and customers for onboarding and retention.
