Tectonic is seeking Landscape Professionals to manage and supervise site construction installation work on large projects across NYC. This role focuses on field oversight, inspections, documentation control, and coordination with contractors.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/LA, have at least 5 years of landscape construction experience, excellent communication, and strong computer skills. A valid driver's license is preferred for on-site travel within NYC.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional landscape architectural/civil construction experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to utilize any project-related software.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Manage and supervise site construction installation on large NYC projects.
• Inspect, review documents, and coordinate field work related to construction management.
• Site inspections, technical review, quality control, reviewing contractor payments, public relations, scheduling.
• Provide general field/office support and communications.
