Greenscape in Durham, NC is seeking a Landscape Install Foreman to lead a small crew on commercial landscape and hardscape projects. You will supervise 2–3 teammates, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality installations from planting to drainage and basic irrigation.

Qualifications

• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to read plans and blueprints to execute installations.
• Strong planning and organizational skills for crews.
• Willingness to work some Saturdays and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Run a crew of 2-3 people.
• Perform medium to large landscape install/enhancement projects (plants, drainage, turf, general hardscape).
• Truck and Trailer standardization and cleanliness.
• Safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Participate in snow removal in winter months.
• Provide professional customer service.
