Heritage Landscapes in the Bay Area seeks an experienced Senior Landscape Construction Estimator to ensure accurate, timely bids for residential installation projects. This role drives takeoffs, pricing, and contract-ready proposals, partnering with designers, crews, and clients to win profitable work.

The ideal candidate has takeoff software experience, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Experience as an estimator for a residential landscape construction firm.
• Proficiency with Aspire or similar estimating software.
• Experience with digital takeoffs and take-off software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits, takeoffs, and build estimates for new projects promptly and accurately.
• Ensure competitive and accurate vendor pricing.
• Develop and utilize company production rates.
• Prepare project proposals and formal contracts for review.
• Utilize Aspire for estimating opportunities and review cost reports with the department.
