Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in landscape, hardscape, or commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, scopes, labor, and material costing.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Estimating Department and ensure all bids meet quality standards.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including labor and materials.
• Train and evaluate junior estimators.

Skills

Estimating experience in landscape, hardscape, or commercial construction

Understanding of blueprints and labor/material costing

Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software

Bilingual English/Spanish or Vietnamese

Education

Associate’s degree
