The role emphasizes leadership, project management, and collaboration across planning, landscape architecture, and transportation teams.

Candidates bring 12+ years of experience, a degree in Landscape Architecture, licensure (PLA, AICP, CNU, LEED or equivalent), and a track record in client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 12+ years of relevant consulting, agency, or municipal experience, including project management and client management.
• Licensure or certification (PLA, AICP, CNU, LEED or equivalent).
• Demonstrated leadership experience directing teams and mentoring staff.
• Proven business development and marketing skills with ability to cultivate client relationships.
• Strong design portfolio showing integration of urban design, planning, and landscape architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior expertise and leadership to Design teams across multiple offices.
• Lead project design direction and integrate urban design with landscape architecture and transportation.
• Engage in business development and marketing, including proposals and client presentations.
• Mentor and support professional staff to foster growth and collaboration.
• Manage team workflows, schedules, and resources to meet project requirements.
• Uphold the firm's vision, mission, and core values in all work.
