HOK's New York office is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join our growing Planning practice. This role involves leading design for large-scale planning and landscape architecture projects, guiding internal teams and consultants to deliver high-quality work while maintaining client goals and design excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or architecture plus 13 years’ experience.
• Registration with current license required.
• LEED credential required within 12 months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Designs and manages planning projects and landscape architecture projects.
• Responsible for the design quality of work.
• Develops solutions to design problems.
• Originates and develops creative design concepts and the design documents during the design development phase.
• Promotes collaboration and maintains client goals.
• Mentors and directs less experienced staff and participates in recruiting and professional development.
