Spicer Group is seeking a Landscape Architect III to lead planning and design of outdoor environments such as parks, campuses, and recreational facilities. The role emphasizes sustainable site planning, technical documentation, and client coordination within multidisciplinary teams.

The candidate will mentor junior staff, manage budgets and proposals, and oversee construction to ensure designs are realized as intended. A strong license and several years of leadership experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field is required.
• Professional licensure in the state of practice is mandatory.
• Several years of experience in landscape architecture, including project management and design leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of outdoor environments (parks, campuses, gardens, commercial centers, recreational facilities).
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, urban planners, and stakeholders to deliver projects.
• Prepare site plans, construction documents, and specifications with code compliance.
• Manage project budgets, proposals, contracts, and cost estimates.
• Oversee construction and ensure work aligns with design plans.
• Mentor junior staff and foster collaboration within teams.
