Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in landscape architecture (BLA, BSLA, MLA).
• 5–10 years of post-graduate professional experience.
• Concept-driven and proficient in visual communication by hand or digitally.
• Polished verbal communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve major milestones.
• A commitment to sustainability.
• Experience with the listed software tools and design programs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects as a member of an integrated design team.
• Handle site design and framework plan aspects from marketing to documentation.
• Produce diagrams, sketches, renderings, models, and graphics.
• Provide mentorship to emerging designers across disciplines.
• Participate in thought leadership, writing, and R&D projects.
• Engage in collaborative discipline-focused meetings and project shares.
• Prepare construction drawings and document sets with technical accuracy.
• Review and redline drawings to ensure quality and consistency.
• Assist in developing technical specifications.
• Take initiative and work independently.
