Job summary

GMB is seeking a Landscape Architect in Michigan to join project teams and collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers on a range of educational and community-focused projects. You will lead site design, develop concepts, and prepare construction documents while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

The role emphasizes initiative, teamwork, and delivering projects that enhance educational environments and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field from an accredited program.
• Currently licensed or on the path to licensure.
• 6-8+ years' experience in Architectural, Landscape Architectural, or Civil Engineering firms.
• Excellent time management and scheduling skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead site design and preparation of illustrative concepts, design development solutions and detailed construction documents.
• Participate with multiple teams on a variety of project types and scales.
• Pursue growth in GMB's core markets, your technical knowledge, design capabilities, leadership skills and successful client interaction.
