  • You pride yourself on delivering a seamless customer experience, anticipating client needs, and ensuring they feel supported and heard every step of the way.
  • You enjoy the challenge of problem-solving on the go, adapting designs to client changes or unexpected site conditions without skipping a beat.
  • You’re an excellent communicator, building strong client relationships with ease while collaborating effectively with your team and trade partners.
  • You have a passion for creating outdoor spaces that inspire, combining artistry and craftsmanship with an eye for sustainability in design.
  • You have a natural ability to lead, mentor, and inspire your team, helping them grow and deliver their best work while winning awards in the process.
  • You are a thoughtful listener who takes the time to understand, learn, and collaborate before offering solutions.
  • You’re detail-oriented and lead your team to ensure every plan and detail meets the highest quality standards, while meeting budgets and construction timelines.
  • You understand that design doesn’t stop at the drawing board—you’re committed to supporting the build team to bring the vision to life.
  • You’re adaptable and love working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where no two days are the same.
  • You bring a spirit of fun, accountability, and continuous improvement to everything you do.
In this role, you will be:
  • Acting as the lead designer and primary point of contact for 6-15 residential landscape design projects at a time at various stages, ensuring each meets Red Leaf Development’s standards of excellence.
  • Working collaboratively with sales associates, clients, architects, interior designers, and other design professionals to develop cohesive and personalized designs.
  • Building strong client relationships, listening to clients’ needs, educating them on design aspects, and ensuring their vision is translated into a successful, feasible project.
  • Consulting with manufacturers to evaluate and select materials and finishes like pool plaster, concrete patios, and outdoor kitchen features that align with each client’s needs and project feasibility.
  • Developing technical solutions and construction documents to ensure design integrity through all phases and supervising the preparation of architectural plans and renderings.
  • Preparing and managing project budgets and ensuring designs remain within scope while delivering exceptional quality.
  • Leading, mentoring, and guiding the design team to deliver high-quality, creative landscape designs that exceed client expectations while staying on time and within budget.
  • Establishing efficient workflows and processes for the team, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews to support their professional growth and uphold Red Leaf Development’s standards of excellence.
  • Balancing creativity with accountability. Holding firm to timelines, budgets, and deliverables while fostering innovation and maintaining our reputation for award-winning designs.
  • Leading design meetings both in-office and on-site, acting as a trusted advisor and guide throughout the design journey.
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responding promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring 5-star service from project initiation to completion.
Experience Required
